Is there a deposit at the time of booking a party or group event?
Yes, a deposit of $50 is due at the time of booking any event. If event is cancelled, outside of the 48 hour window, the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund.
Can Shankz donate to my fundraiser/cause?
Yes, throughout the year Shankz prepares donations to our local community. To inquire about these donations, please fill out our donation request form linked below. Or email Fundraising@shankzgolf.com
Can i bring outside food or drink?
No, for the health and safety of our guest, Shankz does not allow outside food or drink inside of our facility. We do make an exception for a birthday cake or similar item. Private Events that are closed to the public may cater their event but all beverages that are consumed on premise must be purchased through Shankz Golf & Arcades in accordance with our Texas Alcohol and Beverage License.
Can i call in advance to book a tee time?
Customers may make tee time reservations up to 12 hours on our website by clicking the Reserve A Tee Time button. We do not accept tee time reservations by phone.
Is there a sales tax on parties and events?
Yes, Sales tax is applied to parties and events per Texas state law. A 15% service charge will be added to all party packages.
